PureForge, a global leader in the innovation of advanced surface nano-technology, today announced that Hadrian Rori has been appointed Vice President of Engineering.
Mr. Rori brings more than 30 years of automotive industry experience to PureForge. His previously held positions include Executive Vice President for Akebono Brake Corporation where he was responsible for North American Engineering, Quality and Program Management. Prior to Akebono, he was Vice President of Vehicle Engineering at Bright Automotive, a manufacture of state of the art hybrid electric vehicles.
Mr. Rori also spent 24 years with Chrysler Corp. where he held a variety of product engineering executive positions. His last role at Chrysler was Director of Chassis Engineering for body-on-frame products. Prior to this position, he was Senior Manager for Jeep® Vehicle Development, where he directed a group responsible for functional objectives, vehicle testing and development for the Grand Cherokee® program.
Mr. Rori has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Detroit. He has four U.S. patents for vehicle and chassis designs.
